What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. Through the enquiry form that is:

• your name and email address
• your telephone number and business name, if you provide them
• the service you are interested in
• anything you write in the message field

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any special category data through this website.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss working together. Lawful basis: legitimate interests — you contacted us and expect a reply.
• To provide services if you go on to become a client. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
• To keep basic business records. Lawful basis: legal obligation and legitimate interests.

We do not add enquirers to a marketing list without asking first, and we never sell or rent your details to anyone.

Who else sees it

Enquiries are delivered to our email inbox and may pass through the form provider that powers the enquiry form, plus our email and hosting providers. These suppliers process the data on our instructions only. We may also share information where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for six years afterwards, to meet accounting and tax requirements.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• correct anything that is inaccurate
• delete your data, where we have no continuing reason to keep it
• restrict or object to how we use it
• transfer it to another provider

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not use analytics that profile you across other sites. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and your IP address is visible to them as part of that request.

If analytics or marketing tools are added in future, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent banner will be added so you can choose whether to allow non-essential cookies.

Security

Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and held in access-controlled accounts. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as passwords or card details through the enquiry form.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
